We are here for you as are the students already part of the schools.
We all know what it is like to enter a new phase in our life and it can be difficult to take the first step, just to get up and walk in the door.
We all work as a team as we all want to improve different aspects of ourselves.
Me as you instructor and the founder of the ATKDA will drive you and help guide you to your goals.
So the first step is up to you, we can build on your efforts together.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Absolute Taekwondo Association - Sutton coldfield:
Lessons are held for all age ranges from 4 - 75 male and female.
The sessions are on a Sunday and Wednesday for beginners at 6.30 start.
First lesson is free and we do not charge for membership.
