Well equipped facility with highly experienced instructors that have dedicated their lives to cross training across the martial arts.
With a wide range of classes and abilities, there really is something for everyone whether your a die hard martial artist, wanting to get fit or just have a bit of fun.
Everyone is really friendly in the club and there is no expectations when you walk through the door other than to enjoy yourself!
The new facility has a wide range of kit, allowing for an interesting mix of classes. Jon and Clive continually look for feedback to improve the club and the class offering. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I have been training with AI for just over a year now and we love it. Along with learning invaluable skills in karate and kickboxing, we've significantly improved our fitness levels, strength and confidence.
They offer a great range of classes, the dojo is well kitted out and the trainers are friendly and highly experienced. Whatever your age and ability, I can totally recommend this club.

Both myself and my two children have recently started attending classes, we were all made to feel very welcome, the atmosphere is relaxed but productive. As complete beginners my kids have been inspired and encouraged by the highly qualified and approachable instructors. My sons confidence had been at an all time low and I am seeing a real change in him. The ladies only classes are second to none, highly personalised for all levels. The dojo itself is modern and well equipped. I highly recommend!

I started this club as a complete beginner and couldn’t have received a friendlier welcome! Shihan Clive and Sensai Jon are great teachers; the classes are exhilarating and fun at the same time, I’m enjoying the progress I’ve made to Green Belt in Kickboxing. The club is suitable for students of all levels of skill as Clive and Jon have about 60 years experience between them! Would recommend to anyone!

The teachers are highly qualified and experienced.
With challenging training sessions and classes that range from beginners to advanced.
All within their own fully equipped Dojo.

Would recommend to beginners and advanced people alike. Lots of different classes for all age ranges
Both my kids and I attend classes with Ai Martial Arts and thoroughly enjoy them. The classes are varied and interesting and the instructors are approachable and knowledgeable. It's a very friendly atmosphere and a great confidence booster.
