Kids club is oriented towards fun, discipline and self defence, whilst the
adults are taught the deeper meanings of traditional Goju Ryu karate with the
emphasis on self study and progression at your own pace.
Club is Affiliated to the Waterside Goju Ryu Association.

Tuesdays: 5.30-6.30 all ages
Thursdays: Kids 6.00-7.00 Adults 7.00-8.00
Sundays: 11.00-12.00 all ages

Goju ryu karate meaning hard / soft, is a martial arts system that concentrates
on close range fighting and self defence with efficiency of movement as well
as building confidence through personal development.
Club is open to beginners, those already martial arts
training and anyone who wants to restart their training.
