Battle Martial Arts is run by Sam Phyall, a 3rd Dahn Instructor of Han Guk Mu Sool. Sam has trained in martial arts for over 20 years and has medals from British, European, and World Championships.

Battle Martial Arts teaches Han Guk Mu Sool and operates two classes; Junior Warriors for those aged 5-7, and a family class for those aged 7+.

Han Guk Mu Sool incorporates striking techniques, joint locks, pressure points, stand up and floor grappling, empty hand forms, and traditional Korean weapons.
