Ki Aikido is suitable for men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Ki Aikido develops calmness, positivity, coordination and self-confidence in your daily life. In Ki Aikido there is no aggression, tension or competition.Whether you are a complete beginner, you have practiced something else before, or are a visiting Ki Federation member, Derby Ki Aikido Club will make you welcome and teach you to your own level. All classes are taught by a qualified Ki Federation Teacher or Assistant Teacher.

Sensei Neil Shaw has studied Ki Aikido as a member of the Ki Federation of Great Britain for 17 years.

Programs & Class Schedule

Wednesdays – The Modern Combatives and Self Defence Academy
7.30 pm to 9.20 pm – Adult Class (over 13s)
Membership is required to be taken out before commencing training.
No contract required, pay as you go per class.
Concessions available.
