Hello and welcome to Chuldow Family Martial Arts Academy in Keighley.

Located within Keighley Business Centre is our permanent and fully equipped Academy. We offer age appropriate classes in modern and traditional Martial Arts to adults, children and families.

Our Junior Dragons class for ages 4-6 gives younger children a great start in Martial Arts with a solid foundation in Karate as well as essential life skills (stranger danger, anti-bullying etc.).

Our Karate classes build fitness, confidence, flexibility and is excellent for self defence.

Our Kickboxing classes will help you loose weight and get fit without the monotony of the gym, spin bike or treadmill whether you want to compete or just a great work out.

The Academy features a fully matted training area with multiple kick bags, kick shields and other fitness equipment, a comfortable waiting room with tea/coffee, free Wi-Fi and for parents a CCTV view of the training area. We also have a viewing area to watch the classes first hand.

Chuldow Martial Arts Black Belt Academies have been teaching martial arts across Yorkshire for over 30 years. All our Instructors are fully certified professionals, DBS checked and first aid qualified.

Programs & Class Schedule

Train once or twice per week:

Wednesday and Thursday 6 pm until 8:45

Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 pm
Junior Dragons (ages 4-7) offering a great start in karate as well as life-skills such as anti-bullying and stranger danger. Children are taught in an energetic and fun way with a varied curriculum to maintain interest at a young age.

Wednesday & Thursday 6:45 pm
Junior Karate (ages 7 -12) improves fitness, co-ordination, self discipline, confidence and mental focus. Most importantly it gets them away from the X-Box!

Wednesday 7:45 pm Senior Karate / Thursday 7:45 pm Kickboxing

Senior Karate (age 13+) self defence, fitness, flexibility and confidence in a sociable atmosphere with like minded individuals. Fitness without the monotony of the treadmill, toning without the boredom of the gym and effective self defence coupled with a really exciting and interesting pass time.

Kickboxing
If you goal is fitness, weight loss or you just lean towards sporting activities then this is for you. Burn calories whilst having fun and learning new skills, improve fitness, flexibility and gain confidence.
