Welcome to Chuldow Martial Arts - Chapel Allerton where you will find a warm and friendly welcome. Whether you are a complete beginner or if you have previous experience.
We teach Traditional & Modern Martial Arts, so whether you want to get fit, learn effective self-defence or just try something new and interesting we have a class for you!!
Kickboxing - Age 7+ - Monday evening
Karate - Age appropriate classes - Friday evening
We are a family run academy which consists of Chris & Laura Middleton and daughter Victoria, who between us teach adults and children from the age of 4.

Programs & Class Schedule

Kickboxing Class - Age: 7+
Class Time: 6.15-7.15 pm - Monday
Karate classes - Friday
We have specialised age appropriate classes.
Little Ninjas Class - helps prepare your younger children by giving them confidence and discipline in a fun way. Get them into exercise at a young age. (4-7 years) Time: 6.15-7.00 pm
Junior Dragons Class - Help them gain confidence, self-esteem and self-defence in a controlled and fun environment. (8-12 years) Time: 7.00-7.45 pm
Senior Karate Class - Learn one of the most popular and respected Martial Arts- fitness, self defence, confidence and much more!! ( Age 13+) Time: 7.45-8.45 pm
We teach younger children "stranger danger" and "anti-bullying"
We promote fitness, self discipline and self-confidence in a fun and controlled environment.
