Dojang X is a family-friendly martial arts academy in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. We train in the traditional Korean martial art of Soo Bahk Do (Moo Duk Kwan). Our art uses hands and feet for blocks and strikes, and we follow an official belt system for the syllabus. The instructor is Sabrina Mistry, a 2nd Dan martial artist and certified personal trainer.
