Dorking Freestyle Sport Kickboxing (DFSK) is an independent club which is based at the Priory School, Dorking, Surrey.
Here at DFSK, we are extremely diverse as we welcome anyone whatever their age (4+), gender or background to any of its 3 weekly training sessions.
Starting in 1993, the classes continue to be family-friendly offering a blend of modern kickboxing and traditional karate. With generations of people travelling from all around to come to the club for fitness and competitive training. DFSK has trained multiple British and World champions. Family Fitness Monday 7:00 PM
Suitable for everyone 8+. Focusing on mobility, cardio and padwork!
Cubs Tuesday 6:30 PM
Aged 4-6 for learn discipline and more importantly fun
Juniors Technical Tuesday 6:30 PM
For ages 6 - 12; learn grading techniques working through the belts
Juniors Fighting Thursday 6:30 PM
Juniors 6-12; techniques learnt applied in this sparring session
Ladies Boxercise Thursday 7:00 PM
In a segregated area, fitness and kickboxing techniques run by ladies
Seniors Technical Tuesday 7:30 PM
Ages 12+. Learn grading techniques working through the belts
