Kazen Kai North East was established in 1989 by Sensei Eddie Gillespie a 6th Dan who has achieved huge success on the competition circuit in both Kata and Kumite disciplines of karate.
Today students of Kazen Kai continue this “Tradition of excellence” and build upon the strong foundation of traditional karate which is the cornerstone of the club.
Those new to the club and those who have trained since the doors first opened in 1989 benefit from training together in the spiritual, mental and physical discipline of Karate to make Kaizen Kai North East the outstanding environment it is to study karate.
