Choi Kwang Do is a dynamic, innovative approach to martial arts training that has been developed to focus on the areas of optimum health, self defence and personal development.
Founded by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi in 1987, Choi Kwang Do is the culmination of Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi’s 50 years of martial arts experience and studies. The techniques and concepts of this art are considered very non-traditional with studies in the areas of psychology, kinesiology, and biomechanics used to form the basis for all Choi Kwang Do techniques.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Enfield Choi Kwang Do:
Programs & Class Schedule
Prospective students.
– two free no obligation lessons.
After that we would ask you to commit to paying a monthly training fee.
New Students who join Enfield Choi Kwang Do.
Join in January 2019 and
– Get a free uniform.
– No training fees for January and February.
– Half price for your first 2 gradings.
Turkey Street:
Tue: 18.30 – 19.30 children class
Tue: 19.30 – 20.30 adult class
Wed: 18.30 – 19.30 family class
Sun: 10.00 – 11.00 (beginners and intermediate, white to Blue senior)
Sun: 11.00 – 12.00 (advanced class, Purple belt and above)
