We offer the best and most experienced martial arts instruction for experienced and beginners alike. We have TKD schools in Dorking, Cheam, Epsom and Sutton all taught by Master Dennis 7th Dan Blackbelt with more than 25 years experience.

The Extreme TKD Senior TaeKwon-Do classes offer the full Martial Arts experience and cater for complete beginners and very experienced TKD students.

All aspects of the ITF TaeKwon-Do syllabus would be covered, such as:

Fitness

Flexibility

TKD Patterns

Special Techniques (flying kicks)

Sparring

Self Defence

Power breaking (16 yrs +)

Master Dennis currently teaches white belts (beginners) up to senior (4th Dan) adult black belts
