Chief instructor Pete Ford is a 5th dan black belt & has over 25 years experience & is know on the pro mat circuit for his extreme kicking ability.The club teaches kids 8 plus & adults, We have mixed classes (family/mixed sessions) to adults only sessions. So whether you want to grade & go for that famous black belt / self defence purposes or just want a great all over body fitness session we cater for all at Ford Martial Arts & Fitness. 1ST SESSION FREE / NO CONTRACTS / PAY&GO / NO HIGH FEE'S - CRB/DBS / WAKO INSURED/ICENSED / FIRST AID QUALIFIED / T&W COMBAT APPROVED / CHILD PROTECTION CERT'S- AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
