tried many other places but couldn't quite gell with them, then i came across a flyer for sama at goffs park social club, the instructors are very friendly and the other students are a great bunch of people, definitely going to recommend them to my friends.

Really energetic training sessions, loads of fun good targets set and futuere plans and targets set and agreed, makes me want to go back for more, best in the Crawley area for me
My 5 year old daughter has trained with sama for approx 18 months, great school, great instructors and lots of classes. Unlike many martial arts schools i can pay as i go for classes rather than paying a lump sum another bonus of this first class club.
