Manh-eun do brings together traditional disciplines of Korean Martial Arts into a modern system giving students self-esteem, confidence and discipline.
Led by Dave Girling a 2nd Dan Freestyle Martial Arts, 3rd Dan Manh-Eun Do and Korean Kickboxing as well as a former Army Physical Training and Arrest & Restraint Instructor, our instructor team have over 20 years of Martial Arts and Self Defence experience. We teach techniques for the modern world in a fun, friendly environment.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Green Dragons Martial Arts:
Our beginners classes start at 6:45 pm Mon 25th Sep 17 at Woodgreen Leisure Centre, Banbury and classes will run on:
Mon - 6:45 pm
Fri - 6:45 pm
Sat - 10:15 am
We take students from age 5 to 70 and train in a family friendly environment, why not try us as a family?
