HSTS Taekwon-Do Hitchin

HSTS Taekwon-Do is a member of the UTA and also UKITF which is the governing body for ITF Taekwon-Do in the UK. The UKITF is a full member of the British Taekwon-Do Council which is recognised by the sports council.

I am dedicated to teaching authentic ITF Taekwon-Do to anyone who wishes to learn. I believe in what the founder said “Taekwon-Do is for anyone and everyone”. So, whether you are fit, unfit, and at any age you to can learn this exciting form of self-defence. I have never looked back since the day I started with my first Instructor Grandmaster Sahota in 1985 and love it just as much today as I did on my first lesson. (continue reading)
