Our Little Dragons Program is aimed at children aged from 6-11 years old and our classes are open to individuals at all skill levels.
Classes are geared to teach both traditional and sports aspects of Olympic style WTF Taekwondo with practical self-defence skills. The overall results include enhanced self-confidence and better coordination.
