I started 6 months ago at the age of 46 and enjoy the varied exercise involved and the challenge of learning new patterns every 3 months. We have a mixed group of all different ages and not only train in class together but attend competitions. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting involved In a martial art or anyone that just wants to just get fit. It's built my confidence up and it's great to be part of the club.
