We are currently running Tai Chi Chuan and Qi gong classes in Worthing, Bognor Regis, Sussex (England) and the surroundings.
You will find a number of people, varying in age from their teens to their 80's who all enjoy their Tai Chi and Qi gong practice.
Some people come to train for health and some to train the martial aspects. Everyone from beginner to those with experience are welcome.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Internal Alchemy Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong:
Monday`s 4.55 pm to 5.55 pm Qigong class. This is a class working through different systems of Qigong exercise. Open to all levels.
Tuesday`s 4.15 pm to 5.15 pm Tai Chi beginners form class. This class is working through the Tai Chi hand form of Grandmaster Cheng Man Ching.
Tuesday`s 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm Tai Chi improvers class. This class is working through the whole of the tai chi hand form, Tai Chi sword & Pushing hands.
