This program utilises the 10 fitness standards:

CARDIOVASCULAR/RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE, STAMINA, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, POWER, SPEED, COORDINATION, AGILITY, BALANCE AND ACCURACY.

Wether you want to, build your fitness levels, learn self defense, lose weight, build muscle, reduce stress or simply get a new hobby, we have the program for you!!
