With over 35 years experience Cheif Instructor Steve Youngman 5th Dan assisted by Marc Jary 4th Dan teaches a modern fusion of tradional boxing hand techniques mixed with both chinese kickboxing hand and foot techiques thereby creating a devastating Freestyle Kickboxing format which can be used for competition and self defence.
This system creates, builds and develops fitness and self confidence for male or female, young or old, beginner or experienced.
