Kubotan is the only purpose built and full time Karate academy in Pontarddulais, where we practice the traditional form of Karate called Wado-Ryu.
We are a family run full time Martial Arts centre and a registered member of the Welsh Karate Kai, affiliated to the newest GB in Wales, "Wales Karate Federation."
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kubotan Karate Kai:
Private 1-1 sessions are available 7 days a week, flexible times by prior appointment.
Tuesday
5pm-5:45pm Karate KIDZ 3-5yrs
6pm-7pm Beginner to Blue Belt all ages
7pm-8pm Purple, Brown and Black Belts.
Thursday
6pm-7pm Beginner to Blue Belt
7pm-8pm Purple, Brown and Black Belts.
Friday
5pm-6pm Adult only Fitness Class (Karatecise)
6pm-7pm Kumite (Fighting) Class
