MESH Taekwondo provides quality traditional training for children and adults and is a great way top keep fit, increase confidence, improve self esteem and give yourself a challenge.
The club is part of the Taewondo Association of Great Britain, one of the largest martial arts organisations in the world.
I have been a qualified instructor for 4 years and currently hold a third degree black belt.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at MESH Taekwondo:
Fylingdales Village Hall
Childrens TAGB Tigers Class - 6.00pm - 6.45 pm Sundays
Adults and Juniors TAGB Taekwondo Class - 7.00pm - 8.00pm Sundays
Barons Fitness Centre, Scarborough
Adults and Juniors (14+) TAGB Taekwondo Class - 8.00pm - 9.00pm Tuesdays
