Welcome to the Medway Tai Chi Society

What do we teach?

At the Medway Tai Chi Society, we practice a variation of Yang style Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan/Taijiquan), which also includes some influence from Wu style Tai Chi, as well as Cheng style Ba Gua Zhang (Pa Kua Chang/8-Triagrams Palm).

All of our classes are 100% free of charge. The only 'cost' to you is your time and effort. Why do we not charge?

Simply because, we believe that the benefits of Tai Chi practice are so rewarding, that they should be readily available to everyone, regardless of financial situations.
