The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Nam Pai Chuan Roath:
Participants must be 14+ years of age. Beginners welcome.
Classes are 8-10pm on Mondays and Thursdays at Plasnewydd Community Centre.
First lesson is free so come along for your first free taster session.
