The club has been running for 25 years under Chief Instructors Wendy White 6th Dan and Gary Doughty 4th Dan.
We teach a variety of techniques including basic karate movement, kata, kumite & self defence.
We offer access to competitions for those so inclined.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Oldmixon Karate Club:
Wednesdays - 18:30 to 19:50 - All ages and Grades (5 years +)
20:00 to 21:00 - Senior Grades & Age 13+
There is NO contract to sign.
