The Academy is an independently run group basing it's teaching on the ITF system. The Academy's Chief Instructor, Mr Brennen Page 5th Dan started his journey into martial arts in 1990 aged just 7, and is truly passionate in passing on his skills to others. Brennen has found that training with a member of your family helps initially with confidence but also aids progression by providing a natural, friendly rivalry.
Our main objective is to provide a high end quality product and to work with families and individuals who want to make a difference in their life be it to increase confidence, learn self defence, lose weight or just get fitter. The Academy prides itself on the values of being able to change characters and instill confidence with an emphasis on the 5 tenants; courtesy, integrity, self control, perseverance and indomitable spirit.
