All beginners lessons are open to Male and Female participants from the age of 7 years upwards. Friendly, Professional Instruction. AMA and CRB approved.
The main purpose of our training is martial arts fitness training, conditioning, traditional Chinese Martial arts training and practical Self-defence.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Academy of Shaolin Kung Fu:
Mondays 7-8pm Beginners Tradition Kung Fu training and conditioning
Mondays 8-9pm Junshi Sanda (Chinese military combat)
Wednesdays 8-9pm Beginners Chinese Kick Boxing (pad routine)
Wednesdays 9-10pm Courses and Events
