Solway Kickboxing
Freestyle Kickboxing is an increasingly popular sport which has evolved from a number of different martial arts styles. This really is a sport for all; from men and women to children and those of you who are unfit to the more athletic or experienced.
All ages are welcome.
While learning the skills and techniques of kickboxing, you will discover a wider set of benefits including increased fitness levels, more confidence, self-belief, discipline, respect for your instructor and fellow students and, of course, fun.

Programs & Class Schedule
It doesn't matter how fit or healthy you are, you can still learn kickboxing. If you want to start learning to get fit, it's a great idea as each class involves both exercisesand fitness.
All ages welcome to train with exception of under 7s and over 60s
Our classes run every thursday from 6.30 to 7.30pm
If you wish to participate, then please call us on 07955 694575 or call in to watch a session. Please wait until the end of the session to meet the instructors.
