Wing Chun
Wing Chun is a Chinese martial art and form of self-defence, specialising in street-style close-quarter combat.
It is known for its economy of motion, direct power and lightning speed, designed to deal with an aggressor as fast as possible with minimum effort.
Wing Chun specialises in using structure and re-directing energy, enabling a smaller person to easily defeat a larger opponent.
Head Instructor – Lewis Arnold
The moment Lewis walked in to a Wing Chun class he was hooked. Refining his craft by training extras hours at home every day.
To further develop his Wing Chun, Lewis travelled to Los Angeles, to live and train with the great Grandmaster Sifu Gary Lam (Lam Man Hog), for an extensive period.
Inspired by the level of skill and refinement, Lewis continues to travel and train with Sifu Lam, with the aim to bring the Gary Lam Wing Chun System to the south coast.
