Our emphasis is on realistic karate for self defence.

Everyone will be made to feel welcome and treated with the utmost respect. The classes are very friendly. We have no egos or politics, just good honest training with nice people.

We are a member of English Karate Federation (EKF) and British Combat Karate Association (BCKA)

Designed to improve fitness/wellbeing as well as teaching realistic and practical self defence skills.
