We teach juniors from 3 years to young adult, and have classes set up for fitness, padwork, sparring, and ladies only - we believe there is a space for everyone who wants to learn and improve, and that martial arts can benefit us all in developing both physical and mental good health.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Stroud Martial Arts:
Tiny Tigers is a fun half hour class for 3 - 5 years old, teaching the basic foundations for striking and grappling arts, on Monday and Thursday at 4.30pm.
Little Lions is a 45 minute class for 6 - 10 year olds, focusing on either thaiboxing or bjj, on Monday and Thursday at 5.10 pm and Sunday at 10.10am.
Junior Jaguars is a 60 minute class for 11 to 15 year olds, focusing on either thaiboxing or BJJ, and takes place on Monday and Thursday at 6 pm, and Sunday at 11am.
Ladies only thaiboxing is suitable for women and girls, ages 12 and upwards, and takes place on Saturday at 11 am.
Thaiboxing padwork and drills classes are suitable for beginners from age 16 upwards, on Monday and Thursday at 7 pm.
Thaiboxing fitness is great for all round fitness, with a focus on what's needed for thaiboxing. Suitable for beginners from 14 upwards, it takes place on Sunday morning at 9 am.
Adult beginners BJJ takes place on Sunday at 12 pm midday.
