Swimming Dragon Martial Arts

The Swimmimg Dragon School of Sun Style Tai Chi (Taijiquan) was set up in Porthcawl near Bridgend, South Wales in 2000, the Chinese year of the Dragon, to research and promote the martial arts of the Chinese Master Sun Lutang.

The objective is to preserve what was taught by this great master, which is his version of all three of the main internal martial arts of China.

Tai Chi (Taijiquan) - Grand Ultimate Fist.

Xing Yi Quan - Form and Mind Fist

Bagua Quan - Eight Diagrams Palm
