T'ai Chi Southampton

I teach Tai Chi and Qigong to suit the individual student based on my 36 years of experience in training in and teaching these arts. Anyone can practise Tai Chi or Qigong and the exercises can even be practised in a chair. Tai Chi can be very gentle making it safe and efficient health-building system for seniors. However it can also be practised more vigorously for younger age groups. The health benefits are numerous and well-attested as its effectiveness for relaxation and stress relief ( it is often described as moving meditation). Group classes are currently running in Southampton. One-to -one lessons, an excellent way to learn, are also available.
