Unit K1 Gym is a fully equipped Fitness and boxing gym, catering for any ability or level. We are here to help and support you in your health, fitness, strength and self defence goals. We will offer you a free trial, with no contracts and free classes to any of our memberships, come and have a look around or if you prefer a 1-2-1 personal training session with head coach Hamish who has over 45 years experience in the fitness, boxing and martial arts industry.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Unit K1 Gym:
- Jiu-Jitsu (Jujutsu/Jujitsu)

Programs & Class Schedule
Junior boxing club ages from 10 yrs to 16 yrs old. learning the noble art combining focus, discipline boxing drills on bags, mits and much more Monday and Thursday 4.45 pm to 5.45
Senior boxing club from 17 yrs learning the skills and drills that make boxers fit, fast and strong. Boxing is a ideal discipline for self-defence giving you the confidence ability to cope and deal with any situation that may arise on the streets.
We also teach No holds barred self-defence so your more able to cope with and unforeseen confrontation in the streets, ideal if you work on the front line of violence like the emergency service, door supervisors etc.
All classes are taught either in small groups and I-2-1
