We're a team of people dedicated to improving athletic performance, and ability, in regards to combat sports and self-defence. Whether you've never trained a day in your life, or have trained everyday, by focusing on the fundamental concepts for each range, or style, you'll be able to access and enjoy each and every class. You will not be thrown in at the deep end, all our classes have a structured progressive resistance element. This means you will always train ALIVE!
