The Focus Room is a dedicated Chinese Martial arts centre providing excellent tutition to both adults and children. .
We teach both traditional chinese Kung fu (nan shaolin wuzuquan) and modern chinese kickboxing Sanshou. .
Our aim is to provide fun and effective martial arts training to people of all ages and abilities . .
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at The Focus Room (Watford Wuzuquan):
Monday Night
Kids Kung Fu 5.15 pm - 6.15 pm
Adults Kung Fu 8- 10 pm .. Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan
Tuesday Night
7.30-9 pm Sparring (adults)
Wednesday
8-10 pm (squad/ weapons training,, Invite only)
Friday
Kids Kung Fu 5.15-6.15 pm
