Tae Kwon-Do (the way of the hand and foot). An ancient form of unarmed combat practised for many centuries in the Orient and perfected in its present form in Korea.

As an Instructor I am passionate about teaching Tae Kwon-Do to both children & adults due to the myriad of benefits it has to offer. Whether you choose Tae Kwon-Do for fitness, self defence or to be a Martial Artist, it is a journey of self discovery not to be missed.

Juniors (6yrs +):Mondays & Wednesdays at 5pm
Adults (16yrs +):Mondays at 7.30pm & Fridays at 9.30am

Adults & Juniors Class on Thursdays 4.45pm
