Zentai Ju-jitsu is a friendly martial arts club based in Littlehampton West Sussex. We train in the art of traditional ju-jitsu using strikes , locks, throws and nerve holds to subdue/disable opponents. We also promote body movement that enables you to use the attackers force against them! Making this martial art beneficial for all genders,shapes & sizes .

New members are most welcome .

All this for £5 a session & the first 2 sessions FREE! Call Chris for details.

Zentai Jujitsu is located at Climping viliage hall , Climping 7 to 9 pm Thursday evening. Due to the advanced nature of what we do ,the sessions are suitable for age 14 and over. Come and have a go,make new friends and most importantly enjoy yourself!
