Master Jake Downton 5th Dan in Hapkido who has over 30 years of experience in Hapkido heads this friendly local & affordable club - welcoming all aged 16 or over to learn the eclectic Korean Art of Self Defence. Hapkido is not a sport or submission style of MMA fighting, but a martial art that uses kicks, punches , strikes, joint locking and pressure point techniques to overwhelm the opponent to finish any confrontation quickly.
