Master Horst D. Lindenau offers traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and Black Combat self defence. He has got 40 years experience in teaching Martial Arts. The aim is, self defence, health and fitness.
All training is done on soft mats to avoid injuries. Black Combat skills might be trained off mats or/and outdoors.
Master Horst is registered with IMASA.
Fully insured, DBS checked and 1st aid trained. Diploma sports teacher for Yoga and Martial Arts
