Sunrise Shotokan Karate Bourne End

We teach Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. Classes are run by Sensei Harry Wilson 4th Dan and Sensei Phil Donaldson 3rd Dan.

Your first lesson is free, then pay as you train £5 per lesson.

You will need a membership only if you decide to continue with your training, this is £25 annually and supplies you with insurance and a grading licence book.

Gradings take place every 3 months.

Lessons are Wednesdays 18.30-19.30.
