We specialise in high level Sport Martial Arts, with access to multiple association National and World Championships. But we are skilled at developing beginners to a good level in a comfortable and relaxed way.

Our Te-Ashi-Do Karate system is a comprehensive mix of Martial Arts moves, teaching strikes, kicks, throws and locks and blending them into a very effective system. Ideal for someone looking to train in a "complete" system, or wanting modern self defence.
