The classes are led by Liam Trott who has ten years experience in the martial arts training extensively with some of the worlds most noteable instructors.

7pm - 9pm
You must be 16+ to attend class although exceptions are sometimes made.
Training is done in casual clothes and shoes which suites a class focused on self defense.
