Full time martial arts venue that is open Monday to Saturday for private and group fitness or martial arts sessions.

We offer classes for all age ranges tots all the way through to the golden years generation.

Weekday classes start at 4 pm and run through until 10 pm.

Ladies only fitness and Ladies only Kickboxing for those looking to boost their confidence

All fitness levels and abilities welcome.

Also offer moms and tots classes covering fitness, balance and other key developmental areas in a fun and safe environment. Contact us for more details. Private session and boot camp times available outside of normal opening hours

Family Class age 6 upwards at 6 pm (certain days)
Ladies Kickboxing age 14 and up (certain days)
Adults only class age 14 and up
