We love coming to aegis as a family. My children are learning a new discipline and it gives me chance to keep fit at the same time whilst also having fun!The team are very approachable and aid you as much as possible for you to succeed.

I have trained in Aegis for over five years and it has helped me improve my fitness, my health and my confidence. I enjoy the training not just for these results (control of my asthma and weight loss primarily) but for the varied syllabus and the friendly nature of the whole club.
I have been going to aegis martial arts in Beverley about 7 months now. This a great environment to build confidence and meet new people. Your skills grow each week in various different areas of martial arts. We train in striking, grappling and takedowns. I would advise anyone to just give it a try, see what you think. I was interested in martial arts and was look around to start somewhere as I had never done anything like this before. Everyone helped me grow as I do now to new people which start.
