I have been going AR Krav Maga for a number of months now. I have always found Tony to be really helpful, he never gets frustrated or never shows it despite my numerous mistakes whilst learning. The guys and gals in the group as a whole are so supportive and compassionate towards newcomers, it made it easy to join and to keep on attending.

The skills and techniques I am learning feel like they have real practical application, my confidence in myself and my fitness have both increased. This is great place to come to learn how to stay safe and feel healthier both in mind and body. Give it a try.

Tony Robinson from AR Krav Maga Norwich recently run a BTEC L3 Award In Self Defence Instruction course in which I participated, along with other colleagues. The course was very well delivered and Tony was not only very knowledgeable in the subject matter but also very friendly, approachable and a great motivator. I really enjoyed this course and can very much recommend it. I've been a kickboxing instructor for a number of years but wanted to extend my training. The BTEC Level 3 Award in Self Defence Instruction felt like a very natural extension to my current training. I have learnt so much more and I'm really looking forward to showing/teaching what I have learnt to my students. I particularly liked the science and law behind self defence, which are covered in the Learning Log you have to complete prior to the course. The practical part of the course was very thorough and I have come away feeling confident in my abilities. Thank you so much!

I met Tony just over two years ago when I started Krav Maga. Since then I have been instructed and taught by Anthony on various classes and courses. He has this amazing ability to connect to his students in a way I have rarely seen before. If you are somebody who learns by either visual, auditory or by demonstrations he picks this up very well and teaches students in a way that they will learn best. I couldn't recommend him enough!
