Andrew Rheeston Karate was founded in 2010, Andrew is currently a 3rd Dan black belt in karate and these classes are built around a base of Wado Ryu with self protection elements added on to the system.
As well as learning a traditional system students will learn avoidance and awareness, distance control, verbal disuasion, how to cope with fear, escape strategies and striking with safety.

Our karate classes here are open to ayone aged 5 and above our family class runs every Tuesday evening from 6:45 - 8:15 and an over 14's class from 8:15 - 9:45. Feel free to contact me for more information.
