Great Class for young and old(er)

Deciding at the age of 40+ to take up martial arts this class was recommended to me and I have to say its changed my life. I go twice a week, I feel more confident and most of all I have have found lifelong friends. We do lots of courses/seminars with other martial artists and regularly meet up with like minded people, Andrew is a class above everyone else, his knowledge is unbelievable for both self defence and traditional Karate and I highly recommend him for beginners and for the more advanced (he will teach you something new!)
