Both my children train here and love it great instruction in a friendly well organised martial arts school would highly recommend to anyone. You can grade to black belt and beyond compete in martial arts competitions or just train for fitness.
I myself train and my 2 children train and have done so for about 5 years. They both love it and it is really good for fitness and self confidence .
It is the best thing I have done.
